The standard resolutions that you can pick from the Meetings Tab can be selected from the following menu.
This option lists all the available resolutions and minutes available. New resolutions can be created by clicking on the new icon and to edit an existing resolution select the edit icon and then the resolution required.
Right click to open up the document.
Once the document is edited close the document and save by ticking the green tick.
By changing the view and selecting RTF you can work on the document in this form.
