Sky Sec Beneficial Ownership where there are nominees
Where there is a nominee that holds shares for various other parties.
- Duplicate the client who is the nominee in the client file
- If the nominee is an individual Tag the record as a company
- Create a share class eg NOMINEE
- Add the individuals that he is a nominee for as shareholders of this new “company” in their sharing ratios
- Change the shareholder of the holding company to be the new “company” created
The system will generate the nominees shareholders as Beneficial Owners
