Go to the Menu Sky PBO and select IT3-D. Select the 3rd Party Data Service Provider "Provider".
1. Select the client on the panel list and click new and the Gates William will appear on the right panel under IT3-D.
On the right panel on the top there are two tabs.
IT3-D Tab This will list all the Submitting Entities. To choose a submitting entity select from the panel on the left.
Setup Tab Displays the required fields for the submitting entity as indicated below.
2. Click on the Setup Tab and enter the details of the PBO as indicated on the screen below and complete all the available fields. Ensure that the Filing Period matches the year in question. Enter the IT3-D Info. The Contact Person and the Submitting Entity come from the master file. Ensure that the Submitting Entity is marked in the Portfolio as an IT3-D.
3. On the bottom you will have the following tabs - Certificates and Donations. The Certificate holder screen is synced to the Provider selected above. The screen below is empty as no donors have been entered or updated.
Setup has been taken care of its now a question of importing the Donors from a spreadsheet.
and the Gates William will appear on the right panel under IT3-D.
