How to Load Standard Letters in the System
Standard Letters (letter masters)
Sky also has Standard Letters that you can load/download from the Accfin Cloud (the knowledge base references a video link for this download).
To edit a Standard Letter after it’s downloaded:
1. Open the Standard Letters area and you’ll get a list view of all letters on file.
2. Select the letter you want and click View to open the letter details.
3. Click the Edit mode icon, then right-click on the yellow area to edit the letter.
4. Click the green tick to save.
In edit mode the letter will be in yellow.
