These fields can be used for any purpose. Right click on the description of the fields to change the name of the fields to meet your own requirements as it has been indicated on the screen below like VAT CATEGORY and PAYROLL.
Use the fields to track an aspect that you are concerned with and then set a filter to pull out a report with relevant information. In the screen below list client records where the payroll indicates a 1.
The file path if entered in the area on the top, if one clicks on the icon on the right this will open up the folder on your server where all the clients documents are kept.
There is an area to enter remarks.
The File path will allow you to access the documents for the client. Click on edit mode and type in the path. Save and then click on the folder search icon
