Any Other Connection can be added or resigned in the same way as a Trustee and Beneficiary is added or removed. Other Connection are connections that had any dealings with the trust and are required for filing to the masters and for the tax returns. These will generally be non trustees and no beneficiaries.
The beneficial owners that will populate the spreadsheet will be as follows;-

6. Beneficiary (legal person or contemplated in Section 1: “beneficial owner“ (e)(ii))
7. Other natural person who directly or indirectly ultimately owns the relevant trust property (Section 1: “beneficial owner“ (a))
8. Other natural person who exercises effective control of the administration of the trust arrangements (Section 1: “beneficial owner“ (b))
