A distribution can be performed from the income statement screen below. Note the rental income received and the expenses which can be viewed in the box below.
Click the double right arrows to generate the distribution.
The end result of the distribution is shown below.
Where you are not going to use the accounting system left click on the amount in the rental income box to open the dialogue and insert entries. The income, expenses and distribution can be entered.
