Sky Trust Template for Uploading
From the 18th October 2023 the Masters changed their platform and modified the spreadsheet.
The spreadsheet is as per the template as specified by the Masters office,
They only require/request the info up to the 1st level, the direct links.
They do not require the organogram or the info up to warm body level like the CIPC does.
We agree that beneficial ownership should be right down to warm body and the Masters may request this info later
But for now, just as per the template.
I presume they want to update/gather the basic info ito founder, trustees, beneficiaries.
And then evaluate if they can drill down themselves to the warm body or request that info.
